About Us
Donn Lindorfer is a Full Time Home Inspector. He received his professional training as a Home Inspector at Kaplan Professional Schools, Inspection Training Associates (Kaplan ITA). Kaplan Professional Schools is a leader in home inspection training. Donn also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. While Home Inspectors are not licensed in the State of Minnesota, Donn has obtained his home inspector license to do inspections in Wisconsin by passing their two required tests: the National Home Inspector Examination and the Wisconsin Protocol Exam.
Home renovation, home improvement and real estate have long been a passion of Donn’s. After spending 21 years as a leader within a Fortune 100 company, Donn decided to turn his passion into a career by becoming a home inspector, and opened Room By Room Home Inspections LLC.
Education is very important to Donn, and he is committed to exceeding the continuing education standards set by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) ® and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Inc. (Inter NACHI).
Donn is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Inc. (Inter NACHI), and is a Candidate Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) ®.
